2. Delivery

All prices exclude postal charges. Delivery will be subject to additional charges.

We Love Skin are not liable for any taxes, duties, seizure or any other costs whatsoever incurred during international delivery.

3. Privacy Policy

We will use your personal information only for processing orders. We will not disclose this information to a third party unless required to do so by law.

4. Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of the receipt of the product. The refund will be credited to you upon receipt of returned product at the address below

5. Guarantee

We guarantee our product/s to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the unused portion to us for a refund, or e-mail us for advice. Please enclose your shipping invoice.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will credit your card. Items that are damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge.

7. Service

All orders will be shipped within three working days. If there is a delay for any reason you will be notified by e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
